If your company is a professional service firm that supports and directly benefits the medical device industry but does not actively engage in the manufacture of medical devices, diagnostic products or health information systems, you may attend the meeting one of two ways:
- By acting as a meeting sponsor (contact Frank Wilton at 202-434-7234); or
- By joining AdvaMed as an Associate Member prior to the Annual Meeting (refer to the AdvaMed home page under "Membership" or contact Frank Wilton, Senior Vice President, Membership & Marketing at 202-434-7234 or via e-mail at fwilton@advamed.org

Cancellation Policy:
All meeting cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, March 7, 2008 to receive a FULL refund. If you cancel after that date, you will receive a partial refund (your payment minus a $100 administrative fee). Cancellations can be faxed to Roberta Speight at (202) 783-8750 or e-mailed to rspeight@advamed.org. Substitutions are acceptable by filling out a registration form and submitting it to Roberta Speight.
